A Bit About Me...

Hi, I’m Julia Nolfo (she/her), a designer based in San Francisco, California, though I'm a Midwesterner at heart—originally from St. Louis, Missouri. I made the move to San Francisco to earn my Bachelor of Arts in Design with a minor in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco in 2020 (the best year to graduate college). Through my studies, I developed strong interests in Typography, Publication Design, and Human-Computer Interaction.

In addition to my design work, I’m lucky enough to share my love for education as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at my alma mater teaching introductory-level programming courses. I also have an extensive background in Theatre, where I’ve worked as a Lighting Designer and Technician for nearly a decade, engaging with a different side of my creativity. Fun fact: I’m a twin! My sister, Cameron, and I were born on Christmas Eve and our first tattoos were each other's names. ♡
